Patients with HHV-6 were more likely to develop delirium (adjusted odds ratio (aOR) 2.5; 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.2-5.3) and demonstrate neurocognitive decline (aOR 2.6; 95% CI 1.1-6.2) in the first 84 days post hematopoietic cell transplantation.
